Position Title: SAP ABAP Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 10+ years of experience in technical development and customization within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABAP solutions, supporting SAP implementations, and enhancing system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and enhance objects using technologies such as ALV, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
- Develop and manage interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with external systems.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in core ABAP programming and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP).
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.
- Familiarity with SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, or PP.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
