Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FPSL Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance and reinsurance, along with a strong understanding of IFRS 17. This role requires a deep knowledge of the SAP FPSL data model, CVPM processes, customization, data analysis, and end-to-end reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Implement and customize SAP FPSL solutions to meet business requirements.
•    Provide expertise in IFRS 17 and its application within SAP FPSL.
•    Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
•    Conduct end-to-end reconciliation and ensure data integrity within SAP FPSL.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FPSL implementation and customization.
•    Provide training and support to end-users.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
•    5+ years of experience in SAP FPSL implementation and customization.
•    Working knowledge of IFRS 17.
•    Experience in insurance and reinsurance industries.
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
