Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, server platforms, virtualization, storage systems, and data center technologies.
Hands‑on experience with:

Cisco / Juniper / Arista networks
Windows / Linux servers
VMware, Hyper‑V
SAN/NAS storage

Familiarity with architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of ITIL: Incident, Change, Problem & Asset Management.
