Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and enhance SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes with a strong focus on Customer Service scenarios
Manage end-to-end renewal quotation processes, including pricing, contract renewals, and customer agreements
Handle sales orders, contracts, returns, billing, and invoicing within SAP SD
Work with serial number and equipment master data, ensuring accurate tracking and linkage across SD and Service modules
Support customer service operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and customer communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, CS) to ensure seamless process integration
Participate in requirement gathering, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP SD and customer service-related incidents
Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials
