Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD Functional module

Proven experience in Customer Service processes, preferably in service-oriented or manufacturing environments

Experience working on:

Renewal quotes

Serial number management

Equipment master data

Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes

Exposure to SAP integration points with MM, FI, and CS modules

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
