Job Summary

He / She will take the Responsibility of Offshore Development Role – from  CooperVision 

Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Must have 

-To understand the Requirements provided by the Client from the Jira Story
-With minimal support he/she can be able to complete the assignment
-Keeping the Best Practices of Salesforce the task is implemented
-The RCA & the Solution is extensively provided keeping the Future aspects in mind
-Co-ordinate with Team & understand the Business Process
-Write documentation of system changes in conformance with department standards
-Attend the Client calls & reporting, Providing the Metrics

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:    Depth knowledge on the Following

•    Working Experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
•    Custom Object / Standard Objects
•    Custom Report / Standard Report
•    Flows  
•    VF Pages -Accessibility & Visibility rules
•    Sharing Rules
•    Validation Rules
•    Approval Process
•    Permission set / Permission set group
•    Apex Triggers & classes
•    Assignment Rule
•    Working on Prod / Sand Box environment

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Certifications    •    Must have Certification in PD1 / Admin & others
•    Knowledge of Copado / Jira / Git is added advantage
Work Environment:    •    Normal office environment.  
Experience:
    •    7 + years’ experience in developing and supporting SFDC applications
