Title:  Salesforce Lead - Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps

The SFDC 5A role is a specialized position that requires a deep understanding of Salesforce applications, particularly the 5A suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring that it aligns with business requirements and goals. They will be involved in strategic planning, system design, project management, and user training. The role requires a combination of technical skills and business acumen, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for managing Backoffice operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• The candidate will be required to work with WCMS and Hybris Core to deliver quality solutions.
• The candidate will be expected to stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply them as needed.
• The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to understand their requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Backoffice: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Backoffice operations.
• WCMS: The candidate should have a solid understanding of Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) and their application.
• Hybris Core: The candidate must have a strong knowledge of Hybris Core and its functionalities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
