Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting applications errors. The Salesforce Architect will also be expected to collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and other team members to ensure Salesforce solutions are effective and up-to-date.

Responsibilities
•    Design and implement Salesforce solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, and performance.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
•    Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed.
•    Conduct system and architecture evaluation, including regular system audits.

Required Skills
•    Experience in working on Salesforce migrations and projects involving migration from legacy CRMs/systems to Salesforce, carve out from existing Salesforce instances to new instances, Salesforce org consolidations.
•    CRM: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and technology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in designing effective business solutions.
•    Salesforce Lightning Design System: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System is required. The candidate should be able to leverage the system to create enterprise-scale applications for salesforce.com.
•    Solution Architecture: The candidate should have a solid background in solution architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex business solutions in a scalable and maintainable manner.
•    The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce Architect Certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills
•    Apex and Visualforce: Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce can be beneficial in customizing Salesforce applications.
•    Salesforce Certifications: Having Salesforce certifications like Certified Platform Developer, Certified Advanced Administrator can be an added advantage.
•    Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams can be beneficial.
•    Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills can help in effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Integration Experience: Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs can be beneficial.
•    Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies can be an advantage.
•    Data Migration: Experience in data migration can be beneficial.
•    JavaScript and HTML: Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML can be useful in customizing Salesforce applications.
•    Experience with Salesforce Communities: Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Communities can be an added advantage.
•    Understanding of Salesforce Security Model: Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model can be beneficial.
