Job Overview
Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce UI/UX Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive user experiences and building scalable UI solutions on Salesforce. Exposure to nCino (banking platform on Salesforce) will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and develop high-quality UI/UX solutions on Salesforce using LWC, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), and Experience Cloud.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into user-friendly and intuitive designs.
•    Build and customize solutions in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
•    Develop and maintain customer-facing portals/pages using Experience Cloud.
•    Implement modern UI/UX best practices, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization.
•    Integrate UI components with backend logic using Apex, APIs, and Salesforce data models.
•    Work closely with architects and developers to ensure scalable and reusable solutions.
•    Contribute to design discussions, prototypes, and wireframes.
•    Support enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
•    3–8 years of experience in Salesforce UI/UX development.
•    Strong hands-on experience with: 
o    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o    OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
o    Salesforce Service Cloud
o    Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
o    Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
•    Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
•    Experience in designing user-centric interfaces and workflows.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce data model, Apex basics, and integrations.
•    Familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) is a plus.
Good-to-Have Skills
•    Experience with nCino (banking/lending platform on Salesforce).
•    Prior exposure to banking or financial services domain.
•    Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
•    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant).
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
