Job Description: Scrum Master with DevSecOps expertise 

Key Responsibilities
•    20–25% Team Oversight & Coordination: Provide team oversight and coordination, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, effective resource utilization, and adherence to project objectives.
•    Agile & JIRA: Manage JIRA in line with Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, progress tracking, sprint reviews, and governance.
•    Proactive Approach: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and drive them through to resolution.
•    Strong Technical Expertise: Provide technical support across DevSecOps domains, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, zero P1 incidents, proactive issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
•    DevSecOps Platform Engineering: Design, implement, and govern enterprise DevSecOps platforms leveraging GitHub Enterprise, GHAS, GitHub Copilot Governance, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Artifact Management, Terraform, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Entra B2B/B2C/External Identities.
•    Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and the DevSecOps team to ensure effective collaboration, delivery, and operational support.
•    Chapter Time – Knowledge & Practice Sharing (10%): Dedicate 10% of capacity to knowledge sharing, best practices, standardization, technical awareness, and common engineering practices.
•    Value-Added Contribution: Drive DevSecOps standardization, automation, governance, and platform optimization, with a focus on improving security, developer experience, efficiency, scalability, quality, and operational effectiveness.
•    Communication & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
