We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tool implementation, interacting with UK clients, and managing project budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, implement effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tool Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of business tools and software solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis and gather business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Client Interaction:
• Serve as the primary liaison for UK-based clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Project Management:
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Budget Management:
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Track expenses and manage resource allocation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on tool implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in interacting with UK-based clients is highly desirable.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
