Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes, workflows, and best practices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
•    Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
•    Develop, customize, and manage ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration Management.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
•    Ensure the platform's stability and performance by implementing best practices in architecture, security, and governance.
•    Manage system integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
•    Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and architectural designs.
•    Implement and manage ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and analytics for performance monitoring and insights.
•    Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ServiceNow users across the organization.
•    Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities.
