Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, test automation strategies, and Agile methodologies. Experience with Playwright is mandatory, as it will be a key tool in our automation stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through continuous testing and feedback.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Domain experience in fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or media is a plus.
