Job Description:
Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in automation tools and Conversational AI / Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI-based chatbot and automation workflow platforms such as Aisera, Microsoft Co-pilot, Moveworks, Amelia, and others. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance business processes for IT service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect automation solutions using AI-based chatbot and workflow platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
