Job Overview

The HRBP Executive will serve as the dedicated Vertical HRBP, partnering closely with business managers and project managers to drive people strategy and operational excellence across the assigned vertical.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Drive engagement initiatives across the vertical — pulse surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, and connect sessions. Translate pulse feedback into concrete action plans with managers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on policies, career conversations, grievances, and life-cycle moments.
  • Work hand-in-hand with project managers and account leads to track and improve account-specific people metrics — bench utilization, billability, span health, retention hotspots, and skill coverage. Act as the single point of contact for HR matters at the account level.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards covering critical people metrics — including attrition analysis (voluntary/involuntary, regrettable vs. non-regrettable, tenure-based trends), workforce demographics (grade mix, span of control, diversity, location distribution), and employee pulse indicators. Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Conduct deep-dive attrition analysis, identify root causes and at-risk segments, and partner with managers on targeted retention interventions.
