Job Description:
 
•    Gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety processes. 
•    Configure and support SAP EHS modules including: 
•    Incident Management 
•    Risk Assessment 
•    Compliance Management 
•    Environment Management 
•    Occupational Health 
•    Product Safety 
•    Dangerous Goods Management 
•    Work on SAP S/4HANA EHS Public/Private Cloud implementations. 
•    Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. 
•    Coordinate with business stakeholders for workshops, requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live activities. 
•    Support master data migration and integration activities with PM, MM, QM, and HR modules. 
•    Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production support. 
•    Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, forms, and interfaces. 
•    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting standards. 
•    Participate in rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Required Skills
•    Strong experience in SAP EHS with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
•    Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment.
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.
•    Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to EHS.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    SAP certification in EHS or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
•    Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is an added advantage.
