Title: Sr Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility
- Require a strong CRM Consultant with 10 years of CRM experience & should have worked as a Functional Consultant / Business analyst for at least 5+ CRM implementations and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for sales, service, marketing and field service
- Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents.
- Must have sound understanding on D365 and power platform capabilities and possibilities around configurations/customizations
- Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premise versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities
- Must have experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc.
- Should be able to create D365 demo of OOTB functionality
