Area(s) of responsibility
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS module.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP CS module (Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, Installed Base, etc.).
- Integrate SAP CS with other modules such as SD, MM, PM, and FI.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes and configurations.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of service management processes (repairs, warranties, service contracts).
- Experience with integration points between SAP CS and other modules
