Title:  Sr Lead Consultant

Job Summary 

Perform support and Configuration development tasks related to Cooper Surgical Apttus (Conga) CLM Applications .

Essential Functions & Accountabilities 

1. Provide Tier 2 remote support for Cooper Surgical Apttus (Conga) CLM Application in both production and non-production environments. 

2. Provide remote programming support for Apttus (Conga) CLM Application. 
3. Must have Configuration knowledge & worked on the SFDC-CONGA configuration
4. Resolution provided with respect to the Configuration done

3. Analyze requests from users related to defects, change requests, and new requests, and recommend necessary action.
4. Discuss of new implementation phases with the business users and plan it accordingly.
5. Plan the project in form of Phases and finish it as per the plan and estimates.
6. Write new or modify existing programs according to specified systems designs. 
7. Test new or modified programs/Configuration to ensure that they conform to design.  Develop test data for use in program testing. 
8. Write documentation of system changes in conformance with department standards 
9. Check on regular version upgrade with Conga Support for latest version. Co-ordinate with Conga for the OOB features break fix through conga cases. 
10. Maintain knowledge of Conga Supported software’s. 
11. Provide timely and concise summaries of project status to manager. 

Qualifications 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Implementation experience on full SDLC cycle on Apttus CLM from Requirement Study to Deployment 
• Conga CLM solutions : Overall configuration and OOB functionalities knowledge.
• Must have Configuration knowledge & worked on the SFDC-CONGA configuration
• Resolution provided with respect to the Configuration done
• Knowledge on OOB (Out of box) Apttus CLM package objects/ Triggers etc. 
• End to End Process flow knowledge. (Agreement creation to Activation). Includes Post activation functionalities and usage
• Experience with migration of CLM across environments including experience with the Apttus migration tools.
• Resolve tickets raised in the production within SLA.  Reproduce the issue lower Org’s and investigate the case with Root cause and Resolution.
• Prepare RCA and shared the same with case closure.
• Configuration knowledge based on Approvals/Templates etc. 
• Complete enhancements with proper solution and impact analysis within the SLA. 
• Understanding and Hand-on on Apttus X-Author Templates/ X-author for Excel design assistance and issue fixes. 
• Collaborating with Salesforce, Adobe - EchoSign and DocuSign connectors to help customers on their Platform and Contracts eSignature related concerns. 
• Apttus CLM 201 Certification will be added advantage. Other desirable skills Include:

• Extensive contact with other IT team members and external business partners. 

Experience: 

• 5+ years’ experience in developing and supporting Apttus (Conga) CLM Applications.
