.Key expectations for the role:
- Drive Executive Reporting and support Run-the-Business (RTB) activities.
- Collaborate effectively with HOE IT teams and support organizations.
- Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support.
- Manage Operational Governance, Service Reviews, and Stakeholder Coordination.
- Lead operational initiatives, ensure service stability, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Background:
- Production Engineering / Production Support / Application Operations leadership experience.
- Strong Program or Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
