Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement D365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation on system updates and changes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with a solid understanding of its architecture, relationship management, and customization capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, and other coding languages used in D365.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to translate these into system solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
