We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI and ML-Natural Language Processing (NLP) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning models, deep learning, and NLP. You will be responsible for designing and implementing NLP models, conducting research to advance the company's understanding and application of new AI technologies, and collaborating with other teams to integrate these models into our products and services. This role requires a mix of theoretical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a high level of creativity to solve complex AI problems.
Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement NLP systems according to project requirements.
•    Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve machine learning models.
•    Conduct research to advance the field of NLP and contribute to the company's intellectual property.
•    Evaluate and fine-tune models based on performance metrics.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in Python, Java, or another programming language.
•    Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and principles.
•    Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
•    A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
•    Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
•    Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
•    Knowledge of SQL and database management.
•    Understanding of text representation techniques.
•    Experience with speech recognition models and systems.
•    Familiarity with AI platforms and services.
•    Knowledge of data visualization tools.
•    Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
•    Understanding of sentiment analysis.
•    Familiarity with neural networks and deep learning.
