Title: Sr Project Lead-Testing Services
Area(s) of responsibility
As a Project Lead-Testing, you will be responsible for overseeing all testing operations and ensuring the quality of our products. Your primary duties will include developing testing strategies, leading a team of testers, and identifying and resolving issues that arise during the testing process. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the testing team to meet project objectives.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate testing activities during each stage of the project and ensure high-quality results.
• Communicate with other departments to identify system requirements and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of test management software such as qTest, Zephyr, etc.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
