Job Title: Boomi Technical Lead

Location: Birlasoft India Locations (Preferred: Bangalore / Pune)
Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Boomi integration solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Implement end-to-end integration flows using Boomi AtomSphere, including connectors, process shapes, and data mapping.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design scalable integration solutions.
• Design and develop Boomi EDI and Boomi MFT (Thru – latest acquisition) integrations and guide the team on it
• Develop reusable components, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and accelerate development across projects.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and support teams.
• Stay updated with Boomi platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Boomi development, with deep expertise in AtomSphere, Boomi APIs, and integration patterns.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience on Boomi MFT (Thru) is must have
• Having Boomi EDI experience is a plus
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using Boomi, including cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols.
• Experience with Boomi Process Reporting, Boomi Flow, Boomi API Management, and Boomi Connectors.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or scripting languages used within Boomi processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Boomi certification(s) such as Boomi Professional Developer or Boomi Architect is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning.
