This role entails analyzing business requirements, tracking development progress, and ensuring that our product consistently meets customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, experience in CRM product development, Handson Experience with CPQ Implementation, and exceptional analytical skills. Strong communication capabilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and a fervent passion for driving innovation and efficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• •8-10 years of experience in Sales Cloud implementation and CPQ Implementation , customization, and integration with enterprise applications, including end-to-end global implementation experience.

• Essential Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer, and CPQ Specialist.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AutoRabit, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SourceTree.

• Experience with implementing Salesforce solutions for Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) processes is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, code review, and release.

• Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and design limitations.

• Ability to reference and relate to Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) capabilities to maintain alignment with Salesforce standards and limitations.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Experience in managing remote teams across different continents and time zones is highly beneficial.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
