 Performance Expert

•    Overall 10+ yrs experience in Performance Testing with exposure in Jmeter & Loadrunner
•    Hands on experience on performance monitoring tools like Dyna trace, JvisualVM,  Perfmon, ELK stack etc.
•    Good knowledge on corelation & load model preparation
•    Improve maturity and drive process and strategy for application performance engineering and performance test solutions across multiple projects
•    Preparation of performance testing roadmap & test strategy 
•    Act as coach and mentor for performance test team members
•    Educate project teams and stakeholders (where needed) on performance testing best practices and how to integrate performance engineering activities earlier into the SDLC
•    Work with project stakeholders and teams to identify performance risks earlier in the SDLC
•    Work with project stakeholders and teams to define usage models for desired performance testing goals and SLA s per project
•    Performance test planning, execution & reporting
•    Coordination with Sys admin & Network admin, Loadbalancer Admin, solution architect for performance issues troubleshooting
•    Must be able to provide tool agnostic solutions across different technology / applications/ integrations
•    Provides recommendations regarding possible script failures or application failures in collaboration with Application/Architecture SME's
•    Demonstrate team approach to resolving defects and/or performance issues
•    Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
•    Should be  proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction
•    Should possess strong analytical , problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems
•    Should be flexible to work in shifts
•    Jmeter execution monitoring using Grafana(Nice to have).
