About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 consultant to lead and coordinate end-to-end scenario testing for critical SAP S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA processes, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy with the teams, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end scenarios.
- Lead and coordinate test execution with towers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of test analysts and testers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other project members to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate testing risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges.
- Track and report on test progress, metrics, and defects.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
