Area(s) of responsibility
The Automation Lead ( 7-10 Yrs Experience ) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all automation-related activities within our organization. This includes designing, developing, and implementing automation projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and prioritize test cases that should be automated.
- Train and mentor team members and continuously evaluate the latest automation tools and strategies .
Required Skills
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, and TestComplete.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and Build Tools (Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Git).
- Knowledge of SQL and databases and Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Understanding of performance and security and mobile application testing.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Rest-Assured.
