Title:  Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in IT QA as a  lead preferably managing testing in a large ERP implementation project
* Strong test project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion with appropriate level of escalation
* Strong knowledge of QA testing principals, software development process, Agile methodologies and software development tools
* Ability to lead the test phases, including approach, scoping & planning, resources, scheduling, environments, risks, issues, progress, and metrics reporting to Test Management
* Well versed in Test Rail with ability to :
a.      Load the functional test scripts in Test Rail
b.  Assign appropriate group to the testing team
c.  Run reports in Test Rail to provide daily progress of testing
d.  Provide Test Matrix to PMO and project team
e.  Train the BSL Functional consultants and project Users on the usage of Test Rail
* Ability to publish Defect Metrics to various Stakeholders at a designated cadence 
* Constantly review Quality Center/ Test Rail for infractions to the Defect Management standardization (SLA s , Defect life cycle & Root Cause Analysis )
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content to be shared with the team.
