Title: Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services
Description:
Area(s) of responsibility
- Overall 8-10 yrs. experience in Performance Testing with exposure in JMeter & LoadRunner
- Hands on experience on performance monitoring tools like Dyna trace, jVisual, Perfmon, ELK stack etc.
- Good knowledge on correlation & load model preparation
- Improve maturity and drive process and strategy for application performance engineering and performance test solutions across multiple projects
- Preparation of performance testing roadmap & test strategy
- Act as coach and mentor for performance test team members
- Educate project teams and stakeholders (where needed) on performance testing best practices and how to integrate performance engineering activities earlier into the SDLC
- Work with project stakeholders and teams to identify performance risks earlier in the SDLC
- Work with project stakeholders and teams to define usage models for desired performance testing goals and SLA s per project
- Performance test planning, execution & reporting
- Coordination with Sys admin & Network admin, Load balancer Admin, solution architect for performance issues troubleshooting
- Must be able to provide tool agnostic solutions across different technology / applications/ integrations
- Provides recommendations regarding possible script failures or application failures in collaboration with Application/Architecture SME's
- Demonstrate team approach to resolving defects and/or performance issues
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction
- Should possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology, methodologies and systems
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- JMeter execution monitoring using Grafana (Nice to have)
