Job Title: Tosca Automation Lead – SAP Automation

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the test automation strategy, planning, and execution for SAP and integrated applications using Tricentis Tosca.
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks and reusable test components for SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP GUI) and non-SAP systems.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business analysts to translate business processes into automated test scenarios.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Tosca test cases, test data, and automation libraries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation frameworks, coverage, and efficiency.
- Manage a team of automation testers — providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Coordinate and track testing deliverables, timelines, and defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, define test strategies, and contribute to project planning and estimations.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, documentation practices, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanding automation coverage and improving test effectiveness.
