Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our Salesforce development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release management to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions across environments.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using GitHub Actions.
•    Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple sandboxes and production environments.
•    Automate metadata and data deployments, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
•    Proficient in tools like ANT, VS Code, Workbench, PMD, and CheckMarx for CI/CD pipeline automation. 
•    Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to streamline deployment processes and resolve conflicts.
•    Monitor and optimize release cycles, ensuring minimal downtime and rollback strategies.
•    Implement version control best practices using Git and branching strategies.
•    Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis.
•    Ensure adherence to Salesforce security and compliance guidelines during deployments.
•    Maintain documentation for deployment processes and DevOps best practices.
•    Manage SSO certificate renewal and related configurations.
•    Maintain Run book for deployment processes and DevOps. 
•    Expertise in Salesforce Security & Governance – Profiles, Permission Sets, Data Security, Sharing Settings, SSO (SAML), Named Credentials, and Connected Apps. 
•    Expertise in Audit Trail, Deployment, Documentation, and Runbook Maintenance for compliance and audit readiness. 
•    Expertise in Impact Analysis and Risk Management. 
•    Expertise in Salesforce Security & Governance – Profiles, Permission Sets, Data Security, Sharing Settings, SSO (SAML), Named Credentials, and Connected Apps. 
•    Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Migration Tools (Workbench, Data Loader, SFDC Inspector). 
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    5+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management.
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including metadata structure and deployment strategies.
•    Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
•    Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
•    Experience with SFDX CLI, Salesforce APIs, and automation scripts.
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release planning.
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Experience with PMD and Checkmarx scanning tools automation for code quality and security.
•    Experience with SSO certificate renewal processes.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce DevOps Center).
•    Experience with integration tools and continuous monitoring solutions.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce security models and data migration strategies.
