Job Title / Position: SolidWorks Project lead
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Shift: 11am to 8am or 12pm to 9pm
Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary: 
Responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the SolidWorks PDM 
upgrade project, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Define project plan, milestones, and deliverables for the PDM upgrade. 
• Coordinate activities across engineering, IT, and vendor teams. 
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control. 
• Track progress, prepare status reports, and ensure stakeholder alignment. 
• Facilitate communication, meetings, and decision-making across teams. 
• Ensure compliance with customer processes and documentation standards. 
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
• Proven experience managing CAD/PDM/PLM or IT infrastructure upgrade projects. 
• Strong understanding of SolidWorks PDM architecture and deployment lifecycle. 
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). 
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. 
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
