Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — Business, IT, QA, and external vendors — to drive successful implementation.
- Manage the migration and integration of legacy CRM systems to the new platform.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates to leadership.
- Support post-implementation stabilization, issue triage, and process improvements.
