Area(s) of responsibility

•    Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand e-commerce requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Hybris solutions.
•    Design and architect end-to-end e-commerce solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce Suite, considering factors such as performance, scalability, security, and extensibility.
•    Define data models, product catalogs, pricing structures, promotions, and checkout processes within the SAP Hybris platform.
Development and Customization:
•    Develop and customize SAP Hybris components, including storefronts, accelerators, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems.
•    Implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces using SAP Hybris development tools, such as Hybris Accelerator, Hybris Cockpit, and Hybris Administration Console.
•    Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, with a focus on performance optimization and reusability.
Integration and Interfacing:
•    Integrate SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and content management systems, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
•    Develop custom APIs, web services, and integration points to facilitate data exchange and communication between SAP Hybris and external systems.
•    Collaborate with integration specialists and middleware developers to implement robust and efficient integration solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
•    Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of SAP Hybris applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
•    Identify and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in SAP Hybris applications, and implement appropriate fixes and enhancements.
Deployment and Support:
•    Prepare deployment packages and release notes for SAP Hybris applications, following established release management processes and guidelines.
•    Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed SAP Hybris solutions, including troubleshooting production issues, applying patches and updates, and addressing user inquiries and requests.
