Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping for OTC, distribution, and logistics.
- Configure core SD areas: Sales (Inquiry/Quotation/Order: VAxx), Delivery (VLxx), Billing (VFxx), Shipping, and Returns.
- Design pricing procedures (condition types, access sequences, scales, surcharges/discounts), inco-terms, route determination, and credit management.
- Distribution & Logistics
- Configure delivery types, picking/packing, post goods issue, transportation planning, route scheduling, and shipment costing.
- Integrate with Warehouse (LE-WM/EWM) for picking strategies, HU management, and staging; align with Transportation (LE-TRA/TM).
- Master Data & Controls
- Set up customer master, material master, partner functions, output determination, text determination, account determination.
- Implement ATP/Availability Check, backorder processing, allocation, and back-to-back/drop-ship scenarios.
