Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Technical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding the software development team responsible for developing software features/functionalities on HPE systems. Leveraging your extensive background in software implementation, you will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and work in tandem with a cross-functional team including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and external vendors.
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for the software development team.
- Drive the development and implementation of high-level standards to ensure the delivery of top-notch software solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Analyse requirements, prepare High level/low-level designs, and realize it with project team.
- Analyse and guide the development of complex modules in alignment with business and functional requirements.
- Offer support to remote colleagues during design, development, and testing phases.
- Oversee design reviews, technical queries, and provide expert technical support.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and document requirements.
- Actively participate in planning, code reviews, and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and guide team members in adopting best practices and adhering to high-quality software development standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Applies technical thought leadership in service of delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Oversee project execution, and overall coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to budget with quality outcomes.
- Accountable to the business and IT leadership for successful service delivery.
- Prioritize and manage development and implementation of enhancements and/or change requests by fostering collaboration with the business.
Skills And Experience
- 12+ years of experience in both back-end and front-end web development using the Microsoft Technology Stack with .Net/C#, D365 F& O, HTML, SQL, Oracle
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Message Queue, WCF, API (Rest/JSON), and building Reusable Libraries.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in SQL Server development, including creating and modifying stored procedures, SQL data scripts, and data conversion.
- Proficiency in Oracle database, including creating and modifying stored procedures, Oracle data scripts, and data conversion.
- Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development.
- Good Dev-Ops Knowledge (GitLab, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
- Proficient in debugging code and conducting thorough testing.
- Leadership skills - experience in leading, coaching, and motivating people
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
