Area(s) of responsibility

1. 1.    Design, Develop, and Support: Create and enhance eCommerce applications using the SAP Hybris platform.
   2.    Customization: Tailor solutions for specific business needs through configuration and customization.
   3.    Collaboration: Work closely with designers, analysts, business stakeholders, and developers across multiple interlock teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
   4.    Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on Java fundamentals.
   5.    Testing: Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
   6.    Documentation: Prepare technical documentation to support and guide users and developers.
   7.    Bug Fixing: Identify and fix bugs in existing applications and perform root cause analysis.
   8.    Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall performance, scalability, and reliability of the application.
   9.    Security: Ensure that applications adhere to security best practices and standards.
   10.    AI Tools Adoption: Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve development productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency.
   Requirements
   1.    Java Skills: Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
   2.    Hybris Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris modules such as WCMS, PCM, and eCommerce.
   3.    Hybris B2B Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working on SAP Hybris B2B Commerce implementations, including customer-specific pricing, account management, approval workflows, and B2B purchasing processes, is highly preferred.
   4.    Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful web services.
   5.    Database Skills: Basic knowledge of database design and SQL.
   6.    AI Tools & Emerging Technologies: Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) and an interest in leveraging AI to improve software development and delivery processes.
   7.    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
   8.    Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
   9.    Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
   10.    Team Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with multiple interlock teams, including product, architecture, QA, DevOps, business, and support teams.
