About the Job – We are looking for SAP Successfactors TIH LEAD.
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 6+ years.
Location-BANGALORE/NOIDA/PUNE/MUMBAI/CHENNAI
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and related modules such as Succession & Development, Learning, and Performance & Goals.
• Develop and optimize skills ontology, talent attributes, and workforce intelligence models to enhance talent insights.
• Leverage AI-driven recommendations for upskilling, reskilling, and internal mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance talent intelligence solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on data integration, analytics, and reporting for talent insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP BTP, People Analytics, and third-party HR tools.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for HR teams and business users.
• Stay updated with SAP’s roadmap and innovations related to SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Succession & Development, Career & Learning, or Performance & Goals).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skills ontology, AI-driven talent recommendations, and workforce intelligence models.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP People Analytics, and integration tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Talent Management modules or TIH is an advantage.
