Key Responsibilities
•    Administer and maintain PTC Windchill systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
•    Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, utilizing L4 level expertise to address complex issues.
•    Develop and maintain scripts to automate system processes and enhance functionality.
•    Perform regular system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure security and stability.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PTC Windchill with other enterprise systems.
•    Monitor system performance and resource utilization, implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime.
•    Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
•    Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Qualifications and Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PTC Windchill System Administrator.
•    Expertise in Linux system administration, with L4 level proficiency.
•    Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl) to automate tasks and solve complex problems.
•    In-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill architecture, configuration, and customization.
•    Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Relevant certifications (e.g., PTC Windchill, Linux) are a plus.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services.
•    Knowledge of database management and SQL.
•    Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
•    Understanding of network protocols and security measures.
