Job Title: Lead Power BI Developer (Advanced Dashboards & Data Modelling)

Exp : 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Power BI Report Development: Lead the development of highly interactive, complex Power BI dashboards that are visually compelling and optimized for performance. This includes integrating data from multiple sources, such as SQL databases, cloud storage, and REST APIs.
• Data Modeling and DAX: Develop sophisticated data models with advanced DAX calculations, measures, and aggregations to ensure accurate, real-time analytics. Implement best practices for relationships, hierarchies, and calculations across complex datasets.
• Optimization of Power BI Reports: Use techniques such as query folding, incremental data refresh, and dataset optimization to improve report performance and scalability, ensuring the reports can handle large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Integration with External Systems: Design and implement Power BI solutions that integrate with a range of external systems, such as ERP, CRM, and cloud-based data sources, providing a seamless flow of information for business intelligence needs.
• User Story Mapping and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to gather, interpret, and document requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals and objectives.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
