Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support critical business functions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
- Work with process owners to develop workflow, implement processes, and support configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools/systems using REST, SOAP, MID servers, etc.
- Create and maintain system documentation and support knowledge base.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching, ensuring compatibility with custom solutions.
