Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Specialist with strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and governance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Service Portal components.
- Implement and support Discovery,Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, and third-party systems.
- Perform platform enhancements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).
- Hands-on experience in ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, Studio, Source Control, and Agile delivery methodologies
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Preferred Certifications
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Event Management
- ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in global enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Exposure to ITOM Health, AIOps, Virtual Agent, App Engine, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience in large-scale CMDB and integration transformation programs
