 Senior ETL Developer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter to design, develop, and optimize complex ETL solutions. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, optimizing data integration processes, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
•    Analyze, optimize, and tune existing ETL mappings and workflows for improved performance.
•    Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and ensure quality solutions.
•    Create and maintain technical documentation and data flow diagrams.
•    Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to development standards.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and ETL issues in a timely manner.
•    Work with QA and production support teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
Required Skills:
•    Strong expertise in ETL design and development using Informatica PowerCenter.
•    Solid understanding of SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
•    Experience with data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
•    Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
