Job Overview
As a Technical Lead for EA Technical, you will be at the forefront of our technical operations, leading a team of skilled professionals in managing and executing high-level projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and technological resources of the company for the purpose of organizational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technological trends, and the ability to translate business strategy into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Ensure the quality of the software through testing, documentation, and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
- Back-End Development: Expertise in server-side programming languages like Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and oversee technical projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
