Title:  Technical Lead-Testing Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Automation Engineer to join the AURA Chatbot Automation Initiative, a critical and high-priority project for HP. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automation framework development, chatbot testing, API automation, and end-to-end system integration. The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and support the successful implementation of chatbot capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for chatbot and conversational AI applications.
•    Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, backend, and chatbot workflows.
•    Validate chatbot conversations, intents, entities, contextual flows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
•    Perform end-to-end testing across integrated applications and services.
•    Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
•    Identify test automation opportunities and continuously improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
•    Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
•    Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.
•    Generate test execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
•    Support release validation, regression testing, and production readiness activities.

Required Technical Skills
•    Strong experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
•    Hands-on experience with API Automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools.
•    Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
•    Knowledge of chatbot testing and conversational AI platforms.
•    Experience validating chatbot intents, entities, conversation flows, and NLP responses.
•    Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices architecture, and backend validation.
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
•    Working knowledge of Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
•    Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
•    Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA

Qualifications
•    8+ years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering.
•    Proven experience in chatbot testing
