A technical project manager (TPM) manages projects that require technical expertise. They are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, from start to finish. 
Responsibilities 
•    Planning: Create project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment
•    Scheduling: Assign tasks to team members and set deadlines
•    Budgeting: Monitor the project budget and make adjustments as needed
•    Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress and any issues
•    Collaboration: Work with other team leaders and department heads to ensure project objectives are met
•    Research: Research new technologies and maintain them
•    Training: Hire and train technical staff
•    Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation
•    Performance measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and technologies
Skills
•    Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and technologies
