Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Icertis Functional Consultant with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and a proven track record of working with Icertis modules, including contract types, configuration keys, rules, security/user groups, and master data. Experience with P2P integrations, associations, and bulk actions is essential. A background in database management or development is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform.

•     Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with business requirements.

•     Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls.

•     Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.

•     Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems.

•     Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities.

•     Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.

•     Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance.

•     Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases.

•     Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
