Title:  Technical Specialist-App Development

Area(s) of responsibility

•     Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
      Develop and customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions
      Build, optimize, and support Power Automate flows for business process automation
      Integrate Salesforce (SFDC) with Power Automate for data synchronization, approvals, notifications, and reporting
      Implement secure API-based integrations between Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
      Create and manage connectors (standard and custom) for Power Automate
      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Automate, and integrations
      Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
      Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards
      Document technical designs, workflows, and integration processes
      Support deployment, testing, and production releases
      Required Skills & Qualifications
      Strong experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, content types)
      Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors)
      Power Automate with Teams Adaptive cards and messages.
      Experience developing SPFx web parts using TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
      Proven experience integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with Microsoft Power Platform
      Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services
      Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams and OneDrive integrations
      Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in Microsoft environments
      Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  Preferred Qualifications
  •    Experience with Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven)
  •    Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
  •    Salesforce development or administration experience
  •    Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce certifications
  •    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
