About the Job – We are looking for Citrix engineer.
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 5 + years.
Location-Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Citrix Platform Administration
•    Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) / Citrix DaaS environments 
•    Manage Delivery Controllers, VDAs, Delivery Groups, Machine Catalogs, and Citrix policies 
•    Support Citrix StoreFront and Workspace configurations 
•    Manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler / ADC environments 
•    Support secure remote access and authentication integrations

Azure Infrastructure Support
•    Support Azure-hosted Citrix infrastructure 
•    Troubleshoot VM, networking, storage, and performance-related issues 
•    Support FSLogix profile storage and session management 
•    Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams on platform stability and optimization

Incident & Problem Management
•    Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for Citrix platform issues 
•    Resolve incidents related to application delivery, user sessions, and infrastructure 
•    Participate in major incident management activities 
•    Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions 
•    Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles

Monitoring & Performance Management
•    Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance 
•    Troubleshoot session latency and user experience issues 
•    Analyze trends and recommend performance improvements 
•    Support enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms

Patch Management & DR
•    Perform Citrix and Windows patching activities 
•    Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing 
•    Support failover and recovery validation activities

Application Delivery & Packaging
•    Support application publishing and delivery 
•    Troubleshoot packaged applications delivered through Citrix 
•    Work with packaging technologies including: 
o    Chocolatey 
o    Microsoft Intune 
o    Citrix application packaging technologies
